Sofia Mongillo is a creative professional specializing in social media strategy, marketing, and editorial writing.
She earned a B.A. in Mass Communications, focusing on Journalism, with a minor in Theatre from Loyola University New Orleans. Her journalism career began in publishing, where she honed her writing skills and produced thoughtful reviews, features, and news articles.
Her work is featured in Antigravity Magazine, Gambit, and The Pitch, covering cultural events and community stories with a compelling voice and sharp detail.

Sofia co-founded BRNR Collective, an art initiative that fosters creative collaboration and showcases emerging talent. As Editor-in-Chief of BRNR Zines, she produces visually striking works that amplify underrepresented voices.
Currently, she is the Creative Marketing Manager at ZeeMee, leading data-driven campaigns to engage critical demographics. She also manages social media for Jack’s Studio KC, driving brand visibility and growth. Her blend of creativity and strategy helps her craft impactful campaigns across various platforms.
